Our jewelry is real & solid from the outside. All chains are plated in a thick layer of real silver or real gold. The inner Material is high Quality Brass or Copper. Our jerwelry will not fade or tarnish if you treat them right. The stones are most likely VVS immitations also known as CZ stones. Every jewelry piece is handcrafted and inspected by our QC Management!
Although we use the best high quality materials, we still suggest to follow these steps for a long lasting preservation:
Remove your jewelry at night. Nightly perspiration and the extended rubbing against the skin will cause any metal finishes to dull over time.
Store your jewelry in a dry place - Do not store your jewelry in the bathroom, as the consistent moisture and humidity will tarnish your jewelry. Keep your jewelry items in a place such as your bedroom where proper ventilation and normal air conditions are present. This includes avoiding prolonged exposure to extreme heat.
Do not clean your jewelry with chemicals - plating is much more delicate than pure metals such as solid gold and sterling silver.
Clean your items often to maintain shine and remove the sweat and dirt that will accumulate with average wear. Use a lightly damp cloth, and gently wipe down your item, use a clean towel to dry. To clean chains and necklaces, hold the piece by the clasp, do not tug at the chain to avoid rupturing the clasp.
For jewelry that contains rhinestones, crystals, or stones, wipe the item gently, do not rub. Make sure to be careful around the corners or prongs that can catch on to your towel and damage or break loose one of your stones.
We accept returns and exchanges within 30 days of the item arriving to you based on the tracking number. If you're not happy with the item, simply send it back for a refund or exchange it for something else that you want.
Terms:
Items must be in new, unworn condition. All returns are subject to inspection and Items that have been used will not be accepted.
Customer must return item packaged safely, with tracking and insurance suggested. We will not be responsible for lost return packages.
Shipping charges cannot be refunded.

Once your order has been applied, your items will be fulfilled within 1 day & shall then arrive between 2 - 14 business days, depedning on your current location. All items will be shipped together. For order outside the U.S, it is possible(but not necessary) that the desired item may vary in shipping time. International orders most likely will be shipped via DHL, UPS or Fedex. U.S orders will be shipoed with USPS. We are not legally liable incase of shipping takes longer than advised. You can purchase premium delivery at checkout for faster delivery.
To track your item we will provide you with a tracking number. Our items are beeing shipped by current availabilty & the prefered fulfilment center (we choose the closest one to your destination if possible). This means, it could be shipped out of one of our fulfilment centers like the U.S, Europe or Asia. All US Orders will receive their orders from our US Warehouse.
